If you E-mail your order, and are uneasy about sending your credit card information into Cyberspace, just include your telephone number so that we can call for that information.
We do NOT charge for packaging or handling- we charge our customers only what our carriers charge us for shipping. This is usually by weight of package, destination zone, and whether they request expedited shipping. All the expedited means cost more, depending on how fast you request delivery.

MINIMUM ORDER

We have a loosely established minimum of $20. However, we frequently fill accommodation orders for any amount, just as long as the customer realizes that shipping charges constitute a higher percentage of the total smaller order.

WHOLESALE PRICING

General Bead has a multi-tiered pricing system. The customer pays retail for retail quantities and wholesale for wholesale quantities. The quantity unit varies from item to item. Wholesale quantities are apportioned to the needs of retailers or manufacturers, and are larger quantities than ordinarily used by consumers.

SHIPPING CHARGES

It is General Bead’s policy to NOT charge handling. You pay for shipping exactly what our carrier charges us, as determined by the weight of your order, the destination, and whether or not you request expedited shipping. "Expedited" shipping can be quite costly. We use United Parcel Service (UPS) and the US Postal Service (USPS). UPS offers next day, 2-day, and regular ground service. USPS offers Express Mail (one or two day service depending upon your Zip code) and Priority Mail (two days). The minimum charge for Priority Mail for the first pound is $3.85.
